Where can I find the IMEI / ESN number in my phone?
Answer
There are two ways two find your IMEI or ESN number.
1. You can remove the battery and find a label with your phone's information on it. Do not use dots or slashes.
2. Some phones allow you to enter a code on your phones keypad to retrieve the IMEI/ESN.
IMEI
GSM from ATT, Cingular, ATT Wireless and T-Mobile
Dial *#06# on your phone to display the IMEI number
ESN
Sprint CDMA Smartphones
Dial ##786# on your phone to display the IMEI number
Windows Mobile on all other CDMA Smartphones
START > SETTINGS > SYSTEM > ABOUT > PHONE > scroll down to find the ESN DEC, 11 digit number.
