Switchboard is a flexible and powerful application. With a few clicks of your PC's mouse, you can
transfer a call, put a caller on hold and announce the caller to an intended recipient or search
your organization's directory.

To operate your Switchboard, you must have the following requirements on your computer:
- Windows NT, 2000 or XP operating system
- 128 MB of RAM
- 200 MB of free disk space
- 10/100 Base-T Ethernet connection
- Java RTE (Microsoft Java or Sun Java)
How Much Does It Cost?
Switchboard costs $19.99 a month per installation and can be only added to Virtual Office service
plans.
How Does It Work?
Software is downloaded to a PC and after installing and configuring; a receptionist or switchboard
operator can manage incoming calls using a mouse to point, click and connect callers with single
extensions, groups of extensions or voicemail. If a call comes in after-hours or while the
operator is away, the auto-attendant can route calls to their appropriate destinations.
